Evidence Packs — what we prepare before the review starts.

These packs contain the documents reviewers actually ask for — interface drawings, dimensional records, QC inspection references, packing conditions. Not project photos. Not marketing material.

WHAT EVIDENCE PACKS SUPPORT

What evidence packs contain

If a reviewer is asking for documentation before sign-off, or a consultant needs to understand the interface before confirming the frame spec — that's what these packs support. For installed project examples, go to Installed Projects.

Interface Awareness

Use structured packs to understand seats, openings, sections, and relation logic before later-stage assumptions solidify into hard-to-change decisions.

Installation Understanding

Use installation-oriented packs to clarify how stages, sequencing, and process visibility should be interpreted — not just observed in site photographs.

Handling Awareness

Use handling-related packs to understand rigging, movement, access, and controlled placement in a delivery-oriented context before site receipt.

Evaluation Support

Use reference-oriented packs when the goal is structured evaluation support rather than open-ended browsing of project imagery.

PACK TYPES

Interface, installation, and QC documentation

Evidence packs serve clearly defined support purposes. They help project teams review key conditions, understand relation logic, and prepare for decision-making.

Interface & Section Packs

Supports early-stage understanding of relation logic, seat conditions, section reading, and interface-oriented review questions before the project reaches later installation steps.

Installation Packs

Supports interpretation of placement, seat relation, stage sequence, and installation-driven reasoning. Most useful before site teams interpret conditions from generic construction imagery.

Handling & Lifting Packs

Supports understanding of movement, rigging, access, controlled placement, and delivery-related handling logic for PMMA acrylic panel projects.

Reference Support Packs

Supports structured evaluation when project teams need a more organised review path around installed-result comparison and evidence assessment.

WHEN TO USE

Use packs before looking at installed project references

Use evidence packs when interface reading, installation logic, or staged understanding needs to be aligned internally before a project moves forward to detailed review or submission.

Interface packs

When seat, opening, or relation logic needs clarification — before interface assumptions become fixed in the design or procurement scope.

Installation packs

When stage understanding matters more than generic site imagery — particularly when the team needs to interpret a specific sequence or access condition.

Handling packs

When controlled movement and delivery-related conditions must be interpreted in context — before lifting plans or site receiving procedures are finalised.

SAMPLE DOCUMENTS

Preview document structure before submitting requirements

These samples show the field structure and format of key project documents — QC records, drawing indexes, and receiving checklists. Structure-only previews: full project-specific versions are issued after scope confirmation.

Drawing Index Sample

Review-ready submittal structure: sheet IDs, revision fields, geometry notes, interface assumptions. Use to align internal review expectations before requesting a project-specific pack.

QC Record Fields Sample

Traceability field structure: panel ID, batch, dimensional checks, surface inspection, hold points, NCR linkage, handover tie-in. Use to confirm QC expectations before procurement sign-off.

THIRD-PARTY VERIFICATION

Tested and inspected by independent bodies

Every panel we ship meets documented material standards. The reports below are issued by SGS, TÜV Austria, and Bureau Veritas — available on request for project review or procurement sign-off.

TÜV AUSTRIA · SASO

Certificate of Conformity — Saudi Arabia Export

Issued by TÜV Austria for acrylic tank panels exported to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Confirms compliance with SASO technical regulations. Relevant for UAE, Saudi, and wider GCC procurement.

Verified Testing & Compliance Index

PG Acrylic anchors engineering claims in verifiable third-party testing. Our cast PMMA material is documented at 93.1% light transmittance under SGS Report No. SHIN1606027157MR-01, which can be authenticated through the SGS official document verification service. Cast by bulk-monomer polymerization from 100% virgin Mitsubishi Chemical MMA. The discipline behind this work comes from 20 years at an early military acrylic plant in Shanghai — from the pioneering days of PMMA in China: one-time monolithic casting, large-format curved panels, and polymerization bonding. Structural models are independently verified by Tongji Architectural Design Institute. Conformity for the Saudi market is held under TÜV AUSTRIA / SASO Certificate No. CN190122254/2018. We maintain full documentation traceability for EPC contractors and design consultants at the bidding stage.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Evidence Packs — common questions

What is the main purpose of the Evidence Packs page?

The Evidence Packs page provides structured support materials for interface understanding, installation logic, handling conditions, and evaluation-oriented project review for PMMA acrylic viewing panel projects.

Why is Evidence Packs separate from Installed Projects and Updates?

Evidence Packs provides structured support material for interpretation and review. Installed Projects and Updates is used for comparing similar projects, stage visibility, installed outcomes, and process-result reference. They serve different review purposes — one explains conditions, the other shows results.

Who should use Evidence Packs?

Evidence Packs is useful for procurement teams, EPCs, designers, and coordination stakeholders who need structured review support before or alongside project decision-making for PMMA acrylic panel projects.

Are PG Acrylic's test reports and certifications independently verifiable?

Yes. Optical performance (93.1% light transmittance) is documented under SGS Report No. SHIN1606027157MR-01, authenticatable via the SGS official document verification service. Structural models are verified by Tongji Architectural Design Institute. Saudi export conformity is held under TÜV AUSTRIA / SASO Certificate No. CN190122254/2018.
